Telling Your Story: Journaling for Older Adults

Monday, Feb. 26th @ 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the Community Room

Did you miss this last month because of the weather? Don't worry, we're doing it again!

Learn how to tell the story of your life through journaling. Brenda Maas will lead this hour-long workshop and use her thirty years’ experience as a writer to show how journaling can help you document your life and can also serve to be an important therapeutic outlet. Maas will guide you through some brief writing prompts and will also lead a short writing exercise. This program is sponsored by the Foster Grandparent Program in conjunction with the Billings Public Library Senior Outreach program. Don’t miss this fun event; the first 80 participants will receive a free pen and writing journal! For more information, call 406-237-3485.

One-on- One Computer Tutoring Sessions for Older Adults
