  1. Good Bear Day Coloring Contest

    Children ages 0-12, show your artistic side by participating in our Good Bear Day Coloring Contest. Beginning Oct. 1st pick up a coloring sheet from the Children’s Desk or download one from our website at www.billingslibrary.org. Color and return the coloring sheet to the Children’s Desk by Oct 30 to be entered into a drawing for a Build-A-Bear Gift Card. Every participant will receive a mini teddy bear as supplies last.

  2. Teddy Bear/Stuffed Friend Sleepover @ Home

    This year we want to see what kind of mischief you and your stuffed friends get into when it’s time to go to sleep at your house! Do you sneak in and eat ice cream? Do you stay up and read a book under the covers? From Oct 15th – Oct 31st take a picture of your sleepover with stuffed friends at your house and send it to us via email at kidsdesk@billingsmt.gov. You can also share your pictures on social media using the #BPLsleepover2021. One lucky picture will earn someone a Build-A-Bear Gift Card.

    Billings Public Library’s Teen and I.T. Services have created a new teen coding club in partnership with Girls Who Code. Girls Who Code is a non-profit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology. This is a FREE after-school computer science program where participants will explore simple online coding, interactive activities, and learn about inspiring role models. All youth, regardless of gender, from grades 6 – 12 are welcome to join.
