    September 11, 2001: The Day That Changed the World is a poster exhibit from the 9/11 Memorial and Museum and the National Endowment for the Humanities. This educational exhibition recounts the events of September 11, 2001, through the personal stories of those who witnessed and survived the attacks. Told across 14 posters, this exhibition includes archival photographs and images of artifacts from the Museum’s permanent collection.

  2. Teen Techies: A Girls Who Code Club

    Billings Public Library’s Teen and I.T. Services have created a new teen coding club in partnership with Girls Who Code. Girls Who Code is a non-profit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology. This is a FREE after-school computer science program where participants will explore simple online coding, interactive activities, and learn about inspiring role models. All youth, regardless of gender, from grades 6 – 12 are welcome to join.

  2. Girls Who Code Kick-Off Party

    The BPL Teen and I.T. Services will host a Kick-Off Party for our teen coding club! Join us September 14th at 4pm on the second floor of the library to sign up and meet other members! Register ahead of time so we know you're coming! ***Participants under 14 years old will need a parent or guardian to attend with them in order to sign up*** Club meetings will occur Tuesdays 4pm-5pm and Saturdays 2pm-3pm every week during the months of September and October. All youth, regardless of gender, from grades 6 – 12 are welcome to join!
