    September 11, 2001: The Day That Changed the World is a poster exhibit from the 9/11 Memorial and Museum and the National Endowment for the Humanities. This educational exhibition recounts the events of September 11, 2001, through the personal stories of those who witnessed and survived the attacks. Told across 14 posters, this exhibition includes archival photographs and images of artifacts from the Museum’s permanent collection.

  2. Friday Night Fun - Movie Night The Little Prince

    September 17th Friday Night Fun Movie Night: The Little Prince 2015 Animated Film from director Mark Osborne. Synopsis provided by A young girl (voice of Mackenzie Foy) strikes up a friendship with her neighbor, an eccentric aviator (Jeff Bridges) who tells her stories about a prince from a far-away asteroid whom he once met in the desert. These tales also include the prince's adventures across the cosmos and on Earth, as he encounters talking animals, a foolish businessman, and a monarch with no subjects. Rachel McAdams, Marion Cotillard, Benicio Del Toro, Albert Brooks, Paul Rudd, James Franco, Ricky Gervais, and Paul Giamatti also lend their voices to this animated adaptation of the beloved illustrated novella by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, which uses CGI for the scenes in the little girl's world and stop-motion animation for the prince's tales. Rated G Doors open at 6pm in the Community Room, movie begins at 6:15. Wearing masks is encouraged.
