Billings Public Library offers free programs for Older Adults that focus on a wide variety of topics and support our commitment to lifelong learning.
Let us know what other classes, events or programs you would like to see at the library. We appreciate your suggestions! Send them our way by calling 406-657-8255 or emailing us.
Join us as we hear the stories of six relatively unknown women from our region, including the suffragist Hazel Hunkins Hallinan, the mythical Calamity Jane, Crow medicine woman Pretty Shield, nationally syndicated cartoonist Ethel Hays, writer and rancher Caroline Lockhart, and the homesteader poet Gwendolen Haste.
This program is presented by the Western Heritage Center and has been generously sponsored by the Friends of the Billings Public Library.
Would you like some personalized help learning to better use your smartphone or other digital device? Maybe there's a website or computer program that you could use some help navigating? Whatever the case may be, give us a call and sign up for a one hour session with a librarian that will help answer your questions and make you a more confident user of technology.
