Mission Statement
The BPL bike library is dedicated to spreading the love of reading and life-long learning by utilizing an eco-friendly mode of transportation through the streets of Billings.
We strive to bring the library into our community in unique settings and make more people aware of all we offer!
By offering a diverse array of programs, activities, and materials- we demonstrate our commitment to serving everyone who calls our community home.
